can we all just please take a minute to recognize that all women have different opinions and views and desires and wants and needs? Not every woman needs to be boy-crazy, not every woman needs to care about makeup, not every woman needs to be a Democrat, not every woman needs to be emotional, not every woman needs to have long hair, not every woman needs to want babies, not every woman needs to have a powerful career, not every woman needs to be girly or timid or flirty or sweet! But guess what, they can be all of those things if they want!!!! I’m tired of society making women feeling like they need to turn themselves down in order to live or be accepted, or just not judged and ridiculed.
So here’s to the girls who do what they want. You change your oil and jump start your car and fix your own tires? GET IT GIRL. You like working out and getting them gains? GET IT GIRL. You’re a stay-at-home mom and you freakin adore your kid? GET IT GIRL. You are a fashion blogger and love shopping? GET IT GIRL. You like sports and NBA and NFL? GET IT GIRL. You love learning about makeup and practice any chance you get? GET IT GIRL. You don’t dumb yourself down or sugar-coat things in order to become more appealing to men? GET IT GIRL. You love fashion and photography and latte art and succulents and hats? GET IT GIRL. You love cooking and hate cleaning? GET IT GIRL. You travel alone? GET IT GIRL. You have a million emotions and feel every single one to its fullest extent? GET IT GIRL. You care about people? GET IT GIRL. You take risks and are passionate and kind and driven? GO AHEAD AND GET. IT. GIRL.
You are not too much, you are perfectly enough! Don’t ever let anyone make you feel like you need to turn yourself down because their minds are too small. Females are strong as hell!
